I began my career as a paramedic with the Rostraver West Newton Ambulance Service in Southwest Pennsylvania, a very high call volume area with both medical and trauma calls. I then moved into fixed wing air ambulances where I developed the skills and training necessary for commercial medical escorts. As an air ambulance crewman, I was occasionally sent out on these trips and felt that many of the patients I had transported via expensive air ambulance could have been transported via commercial airline more affordably. So in 2010, I founded Air Medical Escorts LLC. We have a collective staff of 4 paramedics, 4 nurses and 8 doctors. Due to security reasons, only select staff members are listed below.
